Traivon Rashod JOHNSON, 26, of Woodbridge, Emiliano I. Neynoso 21, of Alexandria, and Roberto Jose Marrero, 29, of Manassas, were involved in the mob assault at the facility in Manassas on March 17, Prince Wiliam County police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 1.
A fourth suspect, who was identified as Jose Fernando Martinez Gonzalez, remains at large. He was released prior to the investigation.
During the encounter, a 39-year-old victim was struck and kicked several times by the other inmates before jail staff separated the group, investigators said.
The victim was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries, but is expected to recover, authorities said.
On Oct. 28, three of the inmates were charged with mob assault, and remain jailed at the ADC.
Authorities have yet to locate Martinez Gonzalez, who has a warrant out for his arrest.
No court date has been announced.
